GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (GTC) OF BEYOND HEALTH GMBH
1. SCOPE
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) regulate the relationship between Beyond Health GmbH (hereinafter "Beyond Health") and its customers regarding the services provided directly by Beyond Health, as well as the health and longevity services offered in collaboration with Vitareba GmbH (hereinafter "Vitareba").
1.2 Beyond Health is a brand representing an expert network, bringing together various providers under one umbrella. Some services are offered directly by Beyond Health, while others are provided by Vitareba or additional partner companies, with separate agreements in place.
1.3 These GTC apply to all services booked through Beyond Health. For specific treatments and therapies, individual service agreements between the customer and the respective provider apply.
2. SERVICES PROVIDED BY BEYOND HEALTH AND VITAREBA
2.1 Beyond Health GmbH provides the following services:

Physiotherapy and medical training

Massage and manual therapy

Fitness and movement concepts
-
Wellness and spa offerings

Customer service and appointment management
2.2 Vitareba GmbH provides the following services:

Longevity and regeneration treatments (H2 therapy, PEMF, IHHT, cold chamber)

Infusion therapies and nutritional medical treatments

Complementary and traditional healing methods
-
Diagnostic and therapeutic consultations
2.3 Separate Agreements: Depending on the selected service, the customer enters into a contract either with Beyond Health GmbH or directly with Vitareba GmbH or other network partners. The specific terms of each provider apply.
3. APPOINTMENT BOOKING AND CANCELLATION
3.1 Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.
3.2 Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
3.3 If an appointment is not canceled in time or the customer does not show up, the respective provider reserves the right to charge 100% of the booked service, unless a medical emergency can be proven.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS
4.1 Prices for individual services are listed on the website or available in person.
4.2 Many of our services are covered by basic or supplementary health insurance. Billing is processed according to the respective tariffs.
4.3 Customers are responsible for checking their insurance coverage.
4.4 Services not covered by insurance must be paid for immediately after treatment via card, Twint, or cash.
4.5 As Beyond Health operates as a network, different providers may have varying payment and billing policies, which will be communicated to the customer upon booking.
5. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
5.1 Beyond Health GmbH provides certain services directly but is not liable for services rendered by external partner companies (e.g., Vitareba).
5.2 All treatments and consultations are carried out by qualified professionals to the best of their knowledge and ability. However, Beyond Health does not guarantee the success of any treatment.
5.3 Beyond Health is only liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence, which arise directly from the services provided by Beyond Health.
5.4 Beyond Health is not responsible for personal belongings brought onto the premises.
6. DATA PROTECTION
6.1 Beyond Health is committed to treating personal data confidentially and protecting it in accordance with Swiss data protection law (DSG).
6.2 Customer data is used solely for booking management, internal communication, and service improvement.
6.3 No data will be shared with third parties without explicit consent unless there is a legal obligation to do so.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND CONTRACT MODIFICATIONS
7.1 Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after conclusion without giving reasons, provided that no service has been provided.
7.2 For services provided by partner companies such as Vitareba, the GTC of the respective provider apply.
7.3 Beyond Health reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time.
8. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
8.1 These GTC are governed by Swiss law.
8.2 The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is the registered office of Beyond Health GmbH in Switzerland.
8.3 If any provision of these GTC is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
